Awesome job. I can’t thank Greg enough. He really went above and beyond to help me with my QB issues. I needed to “downgrade” from Enterprise to pro, and Intuit assured me this could not be done. I found with the yearly price of Enterprise, it was not the right fit, and I felt stuck. I contacted Greg and he assured me it could be, after a million questions over and over, I knew he was a great choice to get done what needed to be done. I was so nervous I portalled my file at 4pm and I had an email when I walked in the office the next morning from him, saying it was ready. Again after a million questions before I did anything, he walked me right through the process and I was up and running… He made sure I was all set with every aspect of QB was working, and I was on my way. I am so glad that I came across his company searching the net, I am so happy that I now have my new “QB” support!
